A to je úplne iné zviera. Uvedomila som si, že túžim byť nafetovaná tak, aby ma to zabilo,“ hovorí dnes Demi. Na poslednú chvíli prišla jej asistentka a zavolala záchranku.

In the revelatory trailer for the documentary, Lovato’s friends and family — including her mother and step-father, along with her sister and friends — do interviews talking about the grueling moments that led up to her overdose and what happened afterward. Až teraz vyšli najavo skutočnosti, ako ju znásilnil jej díler. „Keď ma našli, bola som nahá. A modrá. Bola som doslova nechaná napospas smrti, potom, čo ma zneužil,“ popisuje udalosť Lovato. Dnes je vraj čistá. Hoci drogám neholduje, občas si zafajčí marihuanu, alebo si dá pohár alkoholu. „Viem, že som chorá a každý deň musím bojovať, aby som bola v pohode,“ prehovorila o svojej trinástej komnate.
