Princ Harry si nevyberie brata Williama ako krstného otca svojej dcéry Lilibet Diany, pretože hľadá „mentora“, tvrdí expert.
Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor sa narodila v piatok 4. júna o 11.40 h v nemocnici Santa Barbara Cottage v Kalifornii. Meno dostala podľa rodinnej prezývke kráľovnej a tiež Harryho matky princeznej Diany, ktorá zahynula pri autonehode v roku 1997.
Princ William a Kate poslali pre svoju neter Lilibeth darček a kráľovná Alžbeta II. dostala niekoľko fotografií novorodenca. Roztržky medzi Harrym a jeho bratom sú avšak v plnom prúde. Kráľovskí experti tvrdili už pred pôrodom, že William nebude krstným otcom Lilibet. Daisy McAndrew, kráľovská komentátorka a novinárka z NBC, povedala: „Veľa scenárov kolovalo o tom, kto budú krstní rodičia a môžem vám povedať, že to nebude William. Je to preto, lebo kráľovskí ľudia nebývajú krstnými rodičmi deťom svojich súrodencov.“

Vojvoda a vojvodkyňa z Cambridge si rovnako v minulosti nevybrali princa Harryho za krstného otca pre žiadne z ich troch detí. Namiesto toho si vybrali mix iných rodinných príslušníkov a priateľov. Harryh a Meghan doteraz formálne neoznámili, kto je krstným rodičom ich prvého syna Archieho. Existujú však povesti, že je to stará opatrovateľka z detstva Harryho a Williama a jeden z Harryho mentorov.

With the U.K. entering a second lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and cases rising at an alarming rate in the U.S., it seems prudent for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle (The Duke and Duchess of Sussex) not to travel across the pond to see the Royal Family over the holidays.
